Everything was good overall. Good location, nice room condition, and nice receptionist. It was kinda bothersome to check card key everytime when I go out of the hotel, but I liked the rigorous security.
Great place to stay at while being in Playa Del Carmen. Amazing location, just near the 5th avenue, but not noisy. Everything is clean, and our maid was talented to make beautiful shapes with the towels in the room cleaning everyday. The staff was very nice as well and we would like to mention Paco as the sweetest and best person we've met in all Mexico. He was very helpful for us and so nice to talk with, we consider him as our friend!
Great accommodations to stay for a week or longer if your activities are outside the hotel premises. Large, clean, modern rooms with half refrigerator/freezer, sink, stove & microwave, comfortable bed, good a/c, large & muti-channel TV, living room furniture, balcony with table & 2 chairs. Safe box with key. Large tiled bathroom with glass enclosed tiled shower. Manager Norma and staff are wonderful. No food served on premises. Entrance door to room has hi-tech fingerprint system registered through app on manager’s phone. Sliding door to balcony is unlocked and adjoining balcony separated by small rail. Whirlpool on rooftop has weak jets, water not hot, and pool tiles need scrubbing. Pool towels provided. Calle 14 Norte is closed to car traffic. Cart vendors occupy the street close to Av Quinta, and the area towards Av 10 is reserved for truck traffic including nightly garbage collection.
